THE DEVELOPMENT
The development consists of two large Mediterranean style villas, one with five bedrooms and one with six bedrooms, overlooking the sea, both approximately 350m2 set in grounds of 600m2 and 700m2 respectively, each with 14m x 9m pools.

THE VILLAS
Both villas have separate ground floor apartments comprising 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and sunken sitting room opening out onto the pool area. The first floor comprises a spacious open plain living, dinging and kitchen area and large sun terrace and the second floor has 3 luxury bedrooms all with en suite, and 2 with their own terrace. The first and second floors are linking by a beautiful circular staircase contained within a hexagonal tower.

THE DESIGN
The exteriors of the villas are designed in a traditional Mediterranean style, to blend in with the other houses in this tiny, picturesque hillside village. CONSTRUCTION
The construction of Villa 1 will be completed by the end of April 2008 and Villa 2 by the end of August 2008.
