H&A is committed to providing and utilising original and impartial information.

To that end, we use research provided by public bodies and institutions, rather than reports and statistics gathered by real estate companies who may offer a commercial bias.

With this aim in mind, first-hand information is fundamental to our decision-making process. Currently, there are very few market indices available for emerging countries. Therefore, H&A carries out its own research procedures, such as interviewing local estate and letting agencies to gauge price comparables and market demand.
