Membership
H&A is a member of a number of nationally renowned and reputable
institutions, including the London Chamber of Commerce (LCCI),
the National Federation of Landlords (NFRL) and the Association
of International Property Professionals (AIPP).
The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP)
The
AIPP has been set up to guide and to regulate the international
property industry. It aims to give buyers of international property
confidence in choosing where to spend their money. Companies who
are listed as Members have signed up to follow the industry Code
of Conduct, established to help the consumer in buying overseas.
These guidelines dictate that a professional approach is followed
and that companies act with honesty, transparency and integrity
at all times. Currently, Hollingworth & Associates is one
of approximately 400 companies that has been granted membership.

The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the voice of
London business, representing some 3,500 businesses, with a broad-based
membership across the capital. The LCCI has been established over
120 years.
From its earliest days the London Chamber has been closely involved
with international trade and with assisting members with day-to-day
trading issues. In the 1880's the London Chamber was instrumental
in obtaining better terms for UK companies from the UK Government
and the Suez Canal Company with the help of Count Ferdinand de
Lesseps. The initiative brought considerable credit to the newly
formed Chamber.
International trade activities continue to play a key role today,
in particular the services provided by the Chamber's Export Documents,
Customs and Trade Procedures and World Trade Teams.
The NFRL’s services are designed to help landlords operate
professionally, cost-effectively and within the many complex laws
that affect the private rented sector. Supported by more than
30 years of experience, the NFRL exists to give practical help
and advice to private landlords and buy-to-let investors.
H&A’s long term goal is to ensure the rights of property
owners renting abroad also receive adequate representation. The NFRL
represents landlords throughout the United Kingdom, covering England,
Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
