Company History

Hollingworth & Associates was founded in January 2006.

Since that time, the company has gone from strength to strength, recently expanding its team and moving to permanent offices in the centre of Brighton.

We are dedicated to working closely with our clients and our recent expansion has enabled us to improve our level of service, offer investment opportunities from new countries, and team up more meaningfully with fellow property professionals from across the world who can also offer a valuable and reliable service.

These industry experts include overseas banks, solicitors, mortgage companies, tax advisers, developers, project managers, architects and surveyors, among many others.

H&A already works closely with highly-experienced complementary consultancies in Albania, Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, and Turkey, as well as a number of UK-based property companies.

In the past eighteen months, we have found suitable property investment opportunities for private and commercial investors in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Montenegro and Turkey. These properties varied from off-plans, to land for development, renovation projects and specific second home acquisitions.

With significant new projects in the pipeline, we are already immersed in another productive and exciting year. We look forward to doing business with you soon.
