PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT
Salary: £50k+ OTE
H&A is looking for a high-achieving salesperson to join our
team at our offices in the centre of Brighton. You should be an
extremely positive individual, possess first class communication
and leadership skills, and have a well-above average determination
to succeed. You will have experience of working in sales and be
used to exceeding demanding targets. Knowledge of the property market
and overseas experience is highly desirable, but training will be
given. An ability to assimilate information quickly is essential.
You can expect a varied, fast-paced and exciting career closing
sales leads, prospecting for new business, discussing sellers and
buyers’ needs, arranging viewings and in some cases conducting
viewings overseas. In addition you will be negotiating property
sales and referring customers for advice from specialist overseas
solicitors, property managers, mortgage brokers and tax advisers.
You must be a permanent UK resident and entitled to work in the
UK. You must also possess a full UK driving licence and a standard
of education equivalent to that of 3 A Levels. A valid passport
and the ability to travel at short notice are essential.
