1. Is Hollingworth & Associates an estate agency?
We are a property consultancy that specialises in selecting cherry-picked property investment opportunities produced by reputable developers. We are not interested in offering products that we don’t believe in, or convincing investors into signing up to deals they don’t want. We believe the property we offer should sell itself. .

2. What are you offering that an estate agent doesn't do?
We don't leave the buying process to chance, especially in foreign markets, where making mistakes can be doubly expensive and hard to rectify. We research thoroughly and have gained our reputation for our attention to detail. We don't just look at a piece of land, apartment or house in isolation. We take account of all the information about a property that will affect its investment potential. This includes what is going on in the surrounding area, such as new infrastructure like golf courses, roads or airports that could boost or detract from its value in the short, medium or long term. H&A also provide you with information about the country itself, including a political and economic overview, as well as the prospects for the market's sustainability. In addition, we have a carefully-vetted team of property experts in our chosen locations who can guide you through the buying process from start to finish using unbiased, independent information..

We have spent years analysing and researching the marketplaces we work in. Our expertise and knowledge is under one roof, so we can optimise what you want, and make it happen effectively and efficiently.

We find properties predominantly in Central and Eastern Europe, but this year we intend to branch out into Morocco, South America and Australasia.

Our expertise is in understanding the national and regional marketplace, networking with the best property specialists in the field, and finding excellent property investment opportunities. We specialise in guiding you through the buying process in our chosen countries with as little hassle as possible. This is as a result of being 'on the inside' of the market. But we do not offer financial advice. However we can put you in touch with expert financial advisers who can help you with tax, SIPPs and give you general investment advice. .

9. Are you interested in selling and marketing anyone's property?
We consider development projects, unique properties (such as castles, hotels and commercial investments like a multiple apartment block or car park), land and larger scale renovation projects. Through Hollingworth Consulting we can advise on the best way to market your project. All opportunities for consideration are subject to a rigorous investment assessment process.
